I ordered this because I was attracted to the wood handle. That part is fine but the metal spatula part is a little thicker than this type of spatula should be. That being said, it’s pretty durable. We just don’t use it for delicate fishes.

Very good value at $7.99, especially compared to some of the outrageous $25-$50 prices of competitors. Thickness is just right: not too stiff and not too flexy. Good overall dimensions. Fast 48 hour shipping. The wooden handle (beech, I think) was a teensy bit loose. Not enough to bother me, but nonetheless I soaked the handle in a glass of water for 5-minutes and now it's perfectly snug. I like a wood handle much better than any plastic that melts.

Seems like it’s well made. Works great for eggs in my cast iron pan. I never tried this type before but it works good

Works fine. I am washing it in the dishwasher so I am not sure what that will do to the wood handle, but so far it is fine. Seems like a good value. It’s great for all sorts of things besides fish, which I never make.

Been cooking for over 50 years and I ve never used a "turner" that comes close to this one. So slim it slides right under the most tender food without breaking it upWish I d had one years ago

Was wanting to move away from plastic since someone would lean the handle against the side of the pan and there were tons of melt marks. How healthy! So yeah, this helps for people who don’t realize plastic melts against hot surfaces.
