Excellent quality and as comfortable as an item like this can be. If your shoe size is a half, I recommend ordering up. I wear a 7.5, and it recommended that I purchase a size small. I needed the medium to keep my toes from hanging over. It comes with extra pads for comfort.

This boot is very comfortable and takes a lot of stress off of your feet. I was using it for gout and a sprained ankle and it made it very easy to walk. I was able to walk like I normally would, if you didn't know any better, I was wearing it for show. It's sturdy enough for you to wear out into the real world as if it was a shoe.

I was told by my Podiatrist to get this boot for a tear I had in my facia. Straps are too long making the boot feel not secure. Also there is barely any padding in the heel area causing it to be very uncomfortable. Because if that I would barely wear the boot. There are better options out there. I would also get one with air. I recommend "Ovation Medical Gen 2 Short Pneumatic Walking Boot". It is a lot more comfortable.

Would have been nice if it had fit, seemed a quality constructed item. However it was way too big & bulky. Evidently my picture didn't come out well. The item is still ANIB, with all accompanying papers. Exceptionally unfortunate resolution suggestion. Some things one just has to try-on, particularly medical devices.

This boot is comfortable, light and supportive.I have a 24 cm foot length and am wearing a small - great fit - I don't keep banging my foot with this boot as I did with the medium. The medium was too long and I repeatedly managed to hit table legs and then the pain was tremendous. No issues with this small size boot.

I typically break 2 metatarsals a year due to osteoporosis, so I usually spend a few months a year in a medical boot. For the last 3-4 years I’ve used the same tall boot which looks similar to this one. I’ve tried the fancy boots with air bladders and hard outer shells but I immediately returned them for one reason or another as my old basic boot was always better for me. I now have broken metatarsals on BOTH feet. Rather than using dissimilar boots that would make walking even harder, I bought a pair of these and I’m very happy with my purchase so far.The boot is comfortable. I have skinny and short legs but men’s 10.5 shoes. My old boot was too large in most dimensions since it was a typically-sized large boot meant to fit most men’s shoe sizes with fat(ter) legs. The fact that this boot came in a medium to fit up to size 10.5 was one of the reasons I tried it. The boot comfortably fits Around my skinny legs with room to expand if needed. The Velcro straps are properly sized and have a tapered end. My old boot straps were way too long. This boot has a slightly more pronounced rocker bottom which I like. The only negative comment is my toes extend farther than the cloth lining so I feel the small bump at the end seam. I’ll just get a gel insert to resolve that issue and make the boot even more comfy. Overall this is a keeper !

This is a great boot if you are in need of one. I purchased it as a replacement for one(same brand)that I received from the orthopedic physician several years ago that I wore out. I first ordered a different brand with the air pump and it was too cumbersome and it didn’t strike the floor the way I needed it to.I was so very happy to see this boot after I sent the other one back. Now, I need to get out of the boot and stop injuring my foot!!!

I sprained my forefoot when I missed the last step going down a staircase. This boot has helped me greatly with recovery. Walking is not elegant, but it is possible (whereas walking without it was extremely painful). The rocker bottom makes it easier to get push-off without flexing the forefoot. Not very high tech but it is effective and reasonably priced.

The boot is comfortable enough (as these things go), but they are thick enough that your balance will be affected if you are wearing a regular shoe on the other foot (especially if you use a pressure offloading insert). I recommend a cane or other support when walking over uneven surfaces. Resist the temptation to get one oversized - you want this to fit snugly without any sliding around in the foot area. The velcro straps do a great job of locking you in to the boot. The inner liner can be a bit on the flimsy side, and you might need a replacement liner for long term use.
