After years of tediously punching my wife's flanges out with a leather punch and a hammer, I decided to give this thing a try and I wish I had done so sooner. It will punch out two flanges at a time and the holes are clean. The punch is easy to use and provides consistent results. Construction is sturdy and simple. Centering the flanges in the cutter takes some practice, but after punching a couple dozen, it becomes natural. This punch may not be comfortable for those suffering from arthritis, since the wheel requires a moderate amount of force to operate efficiently.
