Looks to be built quite well, although the feet swivel which is concerning. I suppose you could just tighten the bolts a lot. Also the rubber feet aren't very grippy, more like a hard plastic, so I could see it sliding. It's just a few inches too small to work on my Audi S7.

Obtained this bar for repairing a .VW 2.0 TSI engine that skipped time. This bar was required to keep the engine supported so the engine mount could be removed to take off the lower timing cover on a traverse mounted engine in a VW Tiguan. Very well built. The rubber type feet that set on the inner fenders were a little slippy, but I attribute that to the way the Tiguan front slopes down. Once I played with it to set the feet and get the spindles set, it got the job done. Easy to mount and very strong. Highly recommend.

This engine support bar is extremely strong and sturdy. I bought it to support my engine while replacing my engine mounts and it worked perfectly. There was plenty of clearance for me to work while still being able to raise and lower the engine as much as needed. Not sure how it compares to similar products from other makers but I am very happy with this one and glad I spent a few more dollars to get it.

This thing is built like a tank, it was a bit of effort just to pick it up. I have zero fear about it failing to hold up the engine while I am under it. Very adjustable, the sides of my engine compartment sharply angle in from back to front and the vertical supports adjust for that very nicely. Everything very securely tightens down.
