This unit was easy to put together after laying all of the pieces out and following directions. I would caution you about connecting pieces #17 prior to trying to place this item behind your toilet. That particular pieces needs to be put on last after the unit is moved into place. You can see the bar behind the toilet and below the tank in the photo.
