I am using Two Baieasy Coolant Overflow Tanks, One as a Radiator Overflow Tank on my 68' Nova, the Second on a 59' Pre-Smog MGB -> Those of us Motorheads that grew up with Smog Controls know the importance of the Closed Crankcase (PCV) System, Used to Increase Engine Performance and Protect the Environment. My Antique MG did not come with a PCV -> Pre-Smog they vented the Blowby straight down to the roadbed. I built a PCV system using the Baieasy Coolant Overflow which does a Perfect Job of catching Engine Oil & Vapor returning the Oil to the Crankcase & the Vapor to the Intake Manifold for Combustion. The Baieasy Coolant Overflow Tank has Two Taps & a Drain working perfectly for a Radiator Coolant Overflow Tank, Also a Vital Part of a High Performance Environmental Friendly Engine Oil & Crankcase Blowby Recovery System. I gave the Baieasy Aluminum Coolant Overflow Tank a Full Five Star Rating Across the Board. A Perfect Aluminum Tank for Both Applications, The Welding is Picture Perfect, The Powder Coat is Thick, and the Tank is a Perfect Choice for both a Radiator Coolant Recovery Tank & a Engine Catch Can.

Very happy with the tank. It came with all the fittings I needed. I had to make a bracket for my specific application which I knew in advance. I would definitely recommend.

The two nipple adapters are incorrectly machined and do not fit, rendering the tank unusable. Returning for refund. Note where the product is made.

This was a perfect upgrade for my 2 stroke oil tank on my rx8. I did have to swap positions of the barbed fittings, and get a smaller one to fit my needs, but those are readily available. The see through level gauge is perfect for my needs. So far no leaks. Really good build quality on the welds. Given other tanks I have prices out, this is a good value as well.

This coolant overflow tank was the perfect solution for my older model project. I had issues with loosing all my coolant due to overheating. After installing this overflow tank and no longer have those issues. It was an easy install. The functionality is exactly what I needed. The quality is great as well. It has made a huge difference.

I needed a coolant overflow tank and picked this up. Due to my limited room in the engine bay however, I decided to use this on another vehicle instead which I have not gotten around to setting it up. The welds seem to look okay. I’m certainly no welding professional so I can’t spot a very bad weld unless it was just a hole. No leaks here. The cap fits nice and snug and the indicator is certainly a nice touch so there isn’t a reason to touch the cap if it was hot. My only concern is that the indicator plastic can withstand the temps that the coolant can reach. Will post back here whenever I have more experience with it. The inlet and outlets are fantastic. I love how each side has at least one or two ports that you can utilize how you need it to be. I think these are great for anyone with larger engine bays but someone like myself with a smaller amount of room, consider something else unless you know you have the room to mount it.

I have a 1968 Chevrolet and occasionally I've had problems with it overheating when stuck in traffic. I was never a fan of my coolant going all over the ground and having to refill my main reservoir, this solves my problem. I was able to find it a safe and comfortable place to mount, and ran my hose to it with ease. It's worth noting that you probably would want to vent your system, so wherever you have this going in you want to have some kind of a vent to release pressure when needed. I have mine going in the bottom so it will fill up and I have it vented at the top. When the engine cools the vacuum should suck the fluid back from the overflow tank into the main radiator. That's the idea anyway.
