If you take this out of the box and unwrap it to use it , and then decide to return it, you will NEVER get it back in the original box. So take heed. It cost $16 from UPS to return it in a bigger box. The item itself was good but for my pup it wasn’t tall enough. Thankfully the chat associate Mary refunded me the $16. I appreciated that immensely.

Mine had a weird seam on the bottom of it that expanded a lot slower than the rest of the steps. I was almost ready to return it but gave it another day to expand. It finally did it!I think the biggest issue I have with this set of steps is that they are very rounded which makes it hard for my dog to climb them. He keeps stepping on the first part of the slope rather than the top. He can walk up more square steps just fine. The cover fits the foam perfectly and was not hard to put on at all. The zipper opens all the way around so the foam just slides in. It's very portable and light but stays in place when your pup runs up or down them.Overall, they work as steps, but are not for all dogs. Try them, and if your dog doesn't like the rounded parts, you can return them.

The stairs are a nice quality. Unfortunately, my poor dog keeps slipping off the steps because of they are rounded. I didn't realize that would be a problem.

Large soft style staircase to help prevent joint pain or dislocation from jumping, lightweight and easy to move, soft material design but strong and sturdy to handle large weight.

Lightweight but sturdy, this stairway is perfect for both inside, getting the dogs up on the couch, or outside, into the SUV. The stairs arrive compressed. Let them decompress for about a day, then slip the fabric covering over them. The covering is well made, with a zipper. It has a handle for easy transport. Once the dogs got used to it, they easily scoot up the stairs into the back of the SUV. Because it is light, it is much easier to use than a ramp that has to be assembled each time, then folded up. For this stairway, you just set it down and then pick it up. Fast and efficient.
