Your cart is empty.MageCollar Adjustable Metal Rain Collar for Vent Pipe Roof Flashing is adjustable metal rain collar similar to rubber rain collar, but made of aluminum. It is an additional waterproofing device installed on existing vent pipe flashing for new construction, retrofit or repair project. It creates additional waterproofing to existing vent pipe flashing with metal cone or with rubber collar. It is made of aluminum with adjustable opening that can be adjusted to fit pipe of different diameter and secured with a clamp. In addition, there is butyl sealing tape between pipe and collar so it does not leave any gap between pipe and collar. Since it is made of aluminum and stainless hose clamp with butyl sealant, it does not deteriorate and can last more than 50 years and will not create any water leak.

They were easy to put on and stopped a leak I have had on and off for years and couldn't figure out it was from snow melting through the old cracked seal. I will be ordering more for my rental house.

Collars are well made and adjustable. The tape works well. One tip, use an ice pack in a plastic bag to keep tape cold while working on a hot roof, just place bag with ice pack into another plastic bag and drop in tape rolls. Works great. Easy product to use.

I have a concentric vent on my roof that is for my high efficiency furnace. Well, the rubber rain cap that attached to the flashing for the vent disintegrated and started leaking when it rained. If it wasn't for this product, which allowed me to bypass the vent cap that was glued on to the top of the vent, and just install it straight to the vent pipe, I would have had to cut up the concentric vent, replace it, and tear up my roof to fit new flashing. This product took 10 minutes to install and it saved me money and a headache worth of problems. I highly recommend it if you had a problem like I did!

The included butyl sticky tape fills any gaps and makes a nice watertight seal, as you can see in my photo. Product was packed very well . Great value - did exactly what I needed

The rubber gasket on the roof boot for my electric service was rotten and starting to leak. I can't replace the roof boot without disconnecting the service wires. This is an excellent solution. It works great.

Fit snugly around weatherhead . Had to bend tabs to open it to slide around conduit. One tab broke when I bent it back. No real detrimental effect tho.
