I have a Squier Bullet Stratocaster that had cheap string trees that both had the same height which were on the low side and made the D, G, B and E strings have such a sharp angle passed the nut. That gave these 4 strings a "stiff" feel meaning they felt that they had unnecessary extra tension. And the B and the high E had tuning issues and a "tinking" noise when I do string bends. Enter these stainless steel string trees! These are awesome and they're perfect fit on my particular Squier model Strat. It's a drop-in replacement and I was able to use the original stock screws from my guitar. These things are staggered in height. One tall and one short which was perfet on getting rid of that steep string angle going to the tuning post and they have rollers so absolutely no friction when the strings go back and forth during big string bends when I'm playing. And they look really cool! I'm very satisfied with fit, function and quality.

The tall stand is too tall. The screws are cheap. Ended up putting the old screws back in. Going to try a different kind latter.

I have ordered these twice and have been very pleased both times. The are actual rollers not just slides that look like they roll. Well made with a high quality finish! A tiny droplet of light oil and they're ready to roll!

I replaced the cheap ones with these. Now I just have a cheap plastic nut to replace. Once the guitar is tuned it stays for a while, but getting it there was a pain, a lot of pulling on strings. This solved most of my problem. Now I just need to get brave and replace the nut.

The OVSAL Pack of 2 Brass Roller String Trees seem to be very well made and add a nice look to an electric guitar. The brass rollers move freely with the strings they contact. Everything you need to apply these to a guitar are included: 2 separate string trees and 2 mounting screws. No instructions are included but the application is kind of a no brainer for guitarists who enjoy modifying their instruments. It should be noted that of the two string trees, one string tree is taller than the other making the application for the 1st and 2nd string, and then the 3rd and 4th string where the strings "ride beneath" the string trees. Every Strat guitar I've seen and own generally has only one string tree for the 1st and 2nd string, but there is no reason a person couldn't have two string trees to include the 3rd and 4th strings.I will be applying the OVSAL string trees to a guitar I built - AX design. While I am still in the process of the finishing touches on this guitar, I don't want to permanently mount the string trees until I have finalized the placement of the headstock logo, but I have confidence the installation will go very smoothly and add a great look to my guitar(s).Final review notes: the product page indicates compatibility with Strat and Telecaster style guitars, but in my opinion the OVSAL string trees could essentially fit on just about any style electric guitar with ample space on the headstock. For the quality, price, and look of the OVSAL string trees, I find these to be a great value and I will certainly be bookmarking the product page for possible future purchases. Highly recommend. Five Stars!
