Color was a bit off from how they looked on the screen (yes I know monitors differ, but what I got seemed like more of a fluorescent purple than the pretty orchid color shown, and had I known I would have gone with the sky blue) but other than that I was pretty impressed by these shorts! They fit better than I was expecting. I've never worn cycling shorts with padding before, so that takes some getting used to, but it wasn't as annoying or distracting as I thought it would be. Very nice!

These are really comfy despite the big pad in the tushy. I have a rowing machine but the seat isn’t the most comfy, so I often have to cut my workouts short because my butt hurts rather than being tired from exercise. I figured a pair of cycling shorts might help and I was pleasantly surprised! These shorts fit well and have pockets that hold things well while moving. The shorts do not ride up thanks to rubbery, sticky bands around each cuff of the shorts. The padding doesn’t get in the way or cause any issue and it really helps! I am very happy with these and I would definitely recommend!! As far a bike shorts go, these seem to be high quality for a great price point too, so I may even get a few more pairs!

I picked these up for my wife as spring is coming and she will be spending more time on her bike. She likes the padding and the style. She has been wearing them under sweat pants as it is still pretty cool. She has one complaint in that they tend to make her slip forward on our indoor iFit (similar to Peleton) exercise bike.

This review is for Nepest Padded Bike Shorts Women Cycling Underwear 4D Gel Padding & Pockets Bicycle Biking Biker Shorts Road Mountain.I've tried a lot of inexpensive cycling shorts lately, and these are some of my favorites. In my opinion they sit at a very compelling Goldilocks place between the $20 shorts (of which there are some good options, but all with compromises) and the $50-and-up name-brand shorts. They will not be mistaken for expensive cycling shorts, but there is a lot of garbage out there in the $40 and less price points and these are far from garbage. The chamois is not the thickest, but it is actually well designed. A lot of the cheap chamois are either thick and poorly-fitting or barely there. This one is moderate in thickness, but has lots of contouring welds in it, which allow it to flex where it needs to flex. The leg openings have sticky silicone grips to stop them from riding up. The waistband is firm without being tight. The main body fabric has sufficient weight that it doesn't go transparent when bent over (though this is one place cheap shorts fail first, I'll pay attention to this). The stitching is clean and neat. The pattern construction consists of simplistic 2-panel legs with outside pockets - but that's to be expected in sub-$50 shorts. If these shorts cost $50 I would have given then only 3 or 4 stars, but these deserve 5 stars not because they are the best cycling shorts ever, but because they are excellent for the price.

These Nepest Padded Bike Shorts were a welcomed addition to my new fitness routine! I recently got a Peloton bike and haven't worked out in quite some time, let alone the amount of time it's been since I rode a bike, so lets just say that I was in extreme discomfort after my first ride. I only wish that I had these for my first ride, but at least I was able to wear them after, while my booty healed up, otherwise I wouldn't have gotten back on the bike for a while. The padding is generous, and it covers more surface area than another pair of cycling shorts thatI have. It's like sitting on a gel seat cushion, but doesn't get in the way, or interrupt my workout. These shorts are very well made, they look exactly like the online photos, they fit true to size, and have the perfect amount of stretch to stay put, yet allow full range of motion. I really like how they grip to my legs so that I don't have to worry about them riding up as I peddle. The shade of blue is really pretty, and the pockets are handy too. I've been washing them in cold, then hanging them to dry. They dry super fast, and still look like new.

I ordered these for summer road cycling in size XL. I should have order them insize L because they're a bit too big on me. They're not loose, but I'd prefer them to be a little snug. (I usually wear size 10 Eddie Bauer Rainier hiking pants for reference, but currently have 42" hips due to winter overindulgence/inactivity lol). For some reason I thought these might run small but they actually run a little large. The inseam is about 1" shorter than most of my bike shorts on my body. When I first pulled them out of the package they looked shorter than that, but they look longer on my body thank goodness (I don't like short shorts). The fabric is decent thickness with good stretch due to the lycra. The pink pad is a slightly heavier weight than a couple orhers I own, feels good enough for 40+ mile rides. The side pockets aren't practical for road cycling; no way will I put anything in them while cycling, their placent and depth might allow for something to pop out while riding. No big deal for me though.I think they are a great value at $30. I would buy these in the future, just in a smaller size.
