Doesn't come on until 210*. Have it located in the intake near my temp sensor prob. Temp sensor is perfectly accurate and matches my T-stat at cruising speed.I called Painless and they said it's a gamble with these switches. You have to try several to get on that operates at the advertised temps. In that case, they should not be selling this product. I will be switching to an adjustable controller.

It's different than the picture and the one I have don't cut on until 210 and off at 195. But it came in the original package with the correct part number. But it's caused me a lot of heart ache

Switch is not 195 on 185 off. After install switch turned on at 198 and didn't turn off till 177 to 178 which is useless when using a 180 degree thermostat. I'm going to try and exchange it or get a refund.

Turns fan on at 199-200 and off at 177-178. Not to happy about this after installing.

Haven't been able to figure out how to install it. A little motor specific instruction would be nice.
