Arrived promptly and well packaged. It appears to be very good quality and the installers found it easy to put on. I love the nice weight and rich color of the fabric. My big and only regret is that I didnt get the larger one. Great value.

I didnt know what to expect when I ordered this awning. But I love it, we'll made and beautiful. This is just as nice as the awning on my motorhome. Best part was the cost, thanks to prime day. I felt as if I stole it for what I paid. Easy install. Yes you have to purchase the bolts for you special application.Very happy

I purchased this to go on my food trailer and it is the best decision I ever made! I love that it is pre-assembled and highly recommend that feature. No issues at all with installation and works like a charm. The temperature difference it makes is substantial. The awning extends way beyond what is shown in my photos. I love this commercial grade awning and plan to purchase another one for my house. Highly recommend!

The awning is great but they didn’t send the needed hardware, aka bolts. They were supposed to be included and I didn’t receive them. I can’t really install an item if I don’t have the hardware,

We were very happy with this item - getting it fully assembled was the way to go! The brackets it came with for hanging were beyond our expectations as far as nice/heavy. Installation was quick. Would definitely recommend!

I finally have a backyard area I can use as a patio to bbq. I like his things are kept dry when it rains. I have a small backyard and this makes more useable space .

After reading reviews of cheaper awnings that you have to assemble yourself, we decided to pay a little extra to get one that’s already assembled and ready to install. We could be happier with our decision. The quality of the awning seems good — very sturdy and high quality fabric. We had it open the other day with 35 MPH wind gusts and it flapped around a bit in the wind but held up with no damage. All in all, it was a great purchase.
