I ordered two of these, one by mistake, but I will keep and use both of them. One for boat boat trailer, and one on our utility trailer. Both spare tire carriers, although offered under different brand names are virtually identical. Both well designed and built. Definitely an asset to my utility trailer.

The build on this bracket is just okay. The metal used actually started to bend with not much tightening of the bolts. It's powder coated, so should be okay in fresh water, but not suitable for salt water. I added stainless steel washers on either side of the wheel because I didn't like how the included hex nuts were biting into the wheel. I think some vibration over time would damage the wheel without the washers. The included cable is very small, and would be cut easily with a hand tool. Use a bigger cable if you are worried about security. I used the included cable as a backup to attach the wheel to the trailer incase the bracket or mounting bolts fail.
