Item looks to be sturdy and well built. Shipping damage occurred in a visible area. A claim was submitted and I'll see where it goes from here. Was hoping on installing this weekend.

No prep under powder coating, just coated on top of slick steel, so the coating just flakes off. Not the same tire carrier in photo but it's a tusk and if they coat one like this, they coat them all like this. This one is brand new out of box
