Pen arrived 3 days earlier than expected. It was easy to assemble for 2 people - one person needs to balance sides & ends while pins were put in. The only downside is the "tarp" - it fits over a small part of the roof. It is approx. 2 feet wide. The picture shown makes it look larger. Problem solved by using a cheap 5x7 tarp from Harbor Freight.

if you are looking for something to keep your bigger chickens and your new chicken separate while they get to know each other, this is perfect. It fit nicely inside of my existing coop. It gives them plenty of space. They can see the other chickens they can interact with the other chickens, but they can’t hurt each other. It came with a roosting bar. I was able to set it up without looking at the directions. Uncomplicated. The only thing I would maybe suggest is that you buy a little pack of zip ties before hand. The bar going through the holes is a little loose and jiggly so I did zip ties instead and it holds beautifully. I felt better about that method. But it would still work the other way absolutely. So it’s just a small notation. You only need one person to set it up. I did it in like 10 minutes. It is not flimsy. The bars are nice and thick almost like a wire dog kennel so if you’re looking for something for Chicken introductions look no further. I could see this being really great for bunnies too for them to be able to get some exercise outside on occasion. It doesn’t have a floor so maybe like supervised excursions outside. I definitely recommend. PS it is big. The picture makes it look smaller.

This seems to be a well-made item. A wee bit of a "head scratcher" to put together, as the instructions could have a bit more detail, but got it together fairly quickly. Will need someone to help support the structure at times. Lots of room for the bunnies to run around. Will probably buy more ground pegs to secure the base a bit more. Would recommend.

Easy to assemble, sturdy enough to contain my cat. My cat loves being outside and I wanted him safe while he was out there. He will stay out there for hours even in a light rain I cannot get him to come in unless he is hungry. Wish the tarp went a little further down the sides to keep it drier when it is raining, it is good for a little shade. I have to crawl thru the doors to get him out sometimes so the doora are a perfect size to get in there and grab him. Also the doors can be pushed out from the inside near the corner. Mylo almost figured out his way to freedom but couldn't get thru all the way. I used those large black document clips to keep him from pushing thru there. Highly reccomend if you have a cat that wants outside but you want to keep them safe. He has toys and a bed out there on nice days and he loves it!!

Easy to assemble but not sturdy enough for my purposes. I would need to move it frequently.

Bought this to make a "catio" so the cats can enjoy the birds, bugs and fresh air. It works wonderfully and they love it! It was easy to put together but the instructions were awful. It is high quality and well made. Very happy with it!

I read several reviews about predators getting into the cage and attacking or killing small animals. I have this in my shop with small chickens. They will be in it till they get big enough to go into our larger pen outside with the other chickens. This is a very good indoor cage and I would never use it outside. It is far too easy to get into and not very secure. I am giving it a high rating as it is great for my expected use.

This is perfect to keep chickens in. I am currently using it to keep a pair that I wanted to breed and it's perfect to keep 1-4 small/bantam sized chickens. I am going to remove the Rooster and let Momma Hen have it since she's sitting on 12 eggs right now and will need the space when the babies hatch. You could keep a wide variety of small animals in it but be aware that the cage probably won't hold small animals, normally I would not be able to keep chicks in it because they will walk right out between the bars but I reinforced it with a lining of another fencing so it will contain my hen's babies. It's light and portable and wasn't hard to set up once we figured it out, it's sturdier than I first thought it might be too and will contain and protect most small animals. I plan to use it for a wide variety of Poultry types such as chicken, duck, quail, etc.. as a Breeding/Nesting area and so far it was a great choice and I might even end up buying another one.*If this review helped you let me know by hitting the Helpful button. I bought this for up in my loft. I am housing my mother cat and her 6 kittens. It is a great size, lots of room for a llitter box and housing crate as well as 2 cat trees, toys and food dishes. It has 3 openings which seem to be enough (one on top, one in front and one at the end of enclosure.) It is sturdy enough for cats and kittens, but no so sure about active puppies. Easy assemblly, but no instructions. I would not feel comfortable placing this in my yard. I would be fearful of another animal i.e. coyote, dog, whould push their way through. It has top wire but nothing on the floor (comes with tie down stakes).

I am very anal when it comes to my 3 babies. Every since I lost my beloved Callie to dogs that killed her for nothing but the fun of it, I don't let the 3 I have now to be free outside. I've built a large cage they can go outside it that sits up high on my back deck safely, and I have a beautiful covered deck I wanted them to be able to go outside onto also. So I searched around for the cage that would work, and this is it!! ... It was perfect for the fit on the porch, the roominess for the 3 cats, and sturdy enough for me to feel they were protected if some large varmit were to come upon them unexpectedly. I've been using several months now. I thought the price was very reasonable and I am extremely happy with this purchase. I did have to fabricate and make shift a way for them to get to the cage door, but that is only because of the way and where I wanted the cage to sit. The cats love it because they not only can see what's going on in the back yard, but now in the front too. I provided some pics so you can see what I did.

This was decent, but not worth the price. It is a bit difficult to put together because the directions are not clear (no words, just pictures). It is flimsier than I expected for the price. The doors do not have hooks to keep them closed like other small animal cages I've had/seen, just a slide. Would be easy for a predator to get into without further attachment. Not everything aligns just right. To make it secure enough for our rabbit we had to use wire to tighten the connections and add a bottom to prevent digging (planned to do that part anyways). The size is nice for our rabbit and I appreciate the shade, though it was difficult to attach.
