Installation:
1. Cut the pipe flat without slope
2. When inserting the pipe into the connector, it must be inserted into the end, otherwise leakage may occur.
3. After inserting, try to pull out the tube. If it can't be pulled out, it means it is connected.
4. When loosening the tube, first confirm that the tube is not under pressure and then press the end cap evenly to the bottom.

Needed something to hold the pneumatic type tubing (really filament guide in my case) securely to the feed area on the print head. The ones used by OEM were fragile and easily loosened in some appliacations. These were perfect.

The working pressure rating is up to 130psi converted from Mpa and the max pressure is 190psi. I have now had 3 fittings fail when my psi spiked to around 110. For whatever reason they seem to stop leaking once psi is dropped significantly and brought back to typical applications working pressure(40-60psi. any time it spikes to around 100-110 the failed fittings will consistently begin leaking around 1-2psi per second. each fitting was mated with new hose end that was cut with the proper tool for a clean flat even cut.

Wow I’ve never felt brass that was lighter than plastic. These fittings weight .4-.5 oz. The original fitting I plan to replace are 1oz+ in weight. The first one I used broke when I side loaded the plastic tube trying to install the other end. I will be replacing these with something made with quality metal or plastic
