Notes for the Connection Of Stainless Steel Quick Connector

  • 1.Make sure that the cut surface of the pipe is vertical, that there are no scars around the pipe and that the pipe is not elliptical.

  • 2. When inserting the pipe, it must be inserted to the bottom of the connector. If the pipe is not inserted in the end, it may cause air leakage.

  • 3. After the pipe is installed, pull the pipe to make sure that the pipe cannot be pulled out.

Installation Method

  1. After the pipe is cut off, remove the burr and insert one end of the pipe into the socket of the joint (must be inserted into the bottom) to achieve a firm connection and sealing effect.
  2. After repeatedly pulling out the pipe. The worn part of the end should be cut off. Continue to use after leveling.
  3. When disassembling the pipe, use your thumb to press the connector ferrule in and gently pull out the pipe.
  4. After installation, you just need to rotate the joint body to adjust the direction of the pipe.

I have a 3500 dodge truck with helper air bags, and needed a replacement fitting . I actually think its better then what came with airlift as this has not broken, and its not soft brass fitting like the airlift one was . Its been a year and this has not rusted or failed. I would recommend to anyone who need to replace their 90's on their air bags .

I was looking for a fitting that rotates 360 after the fitting is installed. This fitting does not rotate. The description states it has a 360 rotation, this only rotates where the air line enters so the air line can rotate. Not sure how this is beneficial but it will not work for my application. It looks like a quality product it just won't work out for me.

These things fit real nice hoses come in different colors i’m using mine on a motorcycle gas tank got the hose to match. The paint works great doesnt leak a drop

Bought this to run the air line throgh the back of the cab of my f150 because the tank is behind the rear seat. So far no leaks. The tubing locked in tight.

I have only had this fitting in use for a week but so far it’s been good. I did like the swivel of the 90 made for an easy install of my air lines.

Performs very well! No leaks up to 200psi so far. Make sure you are using a good PTFE thread sealant.
