I got a full PD strap before I got this one. I do like having a full strap at times but when I'm not taking a lot of photos or on a tour, having just a simple wrist strap is very nice. I don't want to drop my expensive camera or lenses so having a quick on/off strap is a must. It's just very simple to have a bit of drop protection at all times. And combined with the Peak Design capture clip, I can attach my camera to my pack but still have a simple wrist strap for when I'm holding the camera. And I can easily swap it for the full neck strap when I want to.

It works great, but the back part quickly rust off and it looks terrible, not even a year long after I buy it. Maybe yo should consider this if you think it will last long and worth the investment.

Sometimes you don't want to run your camera with a neck strap, the cuff strap makes it so much easier to bag your camera and cuff it when you want to a quick shot on a road trip or hike. Once cinched, it isn't going anywhere. Brilliant to have the quick detach connectors too. Peak Design is killing it.

As someone who has always wrapped a regular strap around my wrist when shooting photos, I finally broke down and got a cuff wrist strap. I looked at some reviews and researched Peak Design and liked what I read/saw/learned and decided this was the one for me. It fits, of course. What I mean is that it is easy to put my hand through the strap. It will then tighten down so my camera isn't going anywhere my hand doesn't go. This is important, since the Z8 is not low-priced camera. I went with the blue, and also got a neck strap for those times I am hiking. OK, walking, as I don't really hike anymore. I have a sling to put the camera in and the cuff lies on top of the camera, so I can just put my hand through it when I take my camera out. This is a quality product, and a bit pricey, but I think it is worth it. The mission of Peak Design is also worth taking a look at. Nice job, PD.

For a small camera this makes it easy to carry on a wrist, and I like it.

I've tried neck straps before but I definitely prefer this wrist strap. It's all I ever use.

I love this peak design strap. It is very sturdy and stays on well. I trust it to hold my camera and like that it tightens on your wrist. I also really like the "quick release" 'clips' that come with it, so it can easily be taken off and switched which side of the camera it is on.

I picked up the PEAK DESIGN Cuff, and it's been a great addition for my camera setup. It’s perfect for times when I don’t need a full strap but still want some security. The design is sleek, and the quick-release feature makes it easy to snap on and off. It’s comfortable, and I love how it keeps my camera safe while staying out of the way. Perfect for casual, quick shooting!

Gracias Peak Design y Amazon.

Genuinely impressed by the care to detail and how well made this wrist strap is - you can tell it's premium quality. Easy to attach to the camera; the cord is thin enough to fit through most eyelets but in case your eyelets are smaller the package even comes with its own split ring and a handy plastic installer so you don't tear up your nails trying to hold the split ring open.Very comfortable to wear and incredibly easy to detach and reattach from the camera with Peak Design's anchor system. You can even wear the strap as a wristband due to the embedded magnet.Oh, and you get two anchors in the box. Great stuff. Now I might need to buy the neck strap as well..
