The cats love these. They've been using the original set of these for nearly 6 months, and they are still very functional. We have them scattered around the house. I didn't think they would use them flat on the floor, but they do. You can also wedge them against a couch or chair and they will learn that this is even better than couch upholstery. Only very minor drawback is that the cardboard base they come with can tear fairly easily if you grab it the wrong way or accidentally step on it. Packaging tape and/or duct tape fixes it, though.

The price is good, but our cat likes the waves larger and less. He doesn't seem to use them as much as his other ones.Maybe over time he will take a liking it.Overall the product is good. Comes I. 3 pack and can last longer. Well that was the idea. May last even longer since our cat doesn't seem so fond of them. Either way it was good for the cost and the quality is nice as well.In the end the product user just is disinterested. Only reason why we may not buy it again. There is still time. He may fall in love with them at a later time.As they say time makes the heart grow fonder.

These are great and better than just the cardboard ones I had without a border. She loves scratching and of course laying on them. PLUS, she LOVES the free fish toy that it came with. It currently is her favorite toy!!

We have two cats. We just moved and did not have scratch pads. The cats now. Use these for over two months. With very little mess. They love these and for the price. It was a great buy. Highly recommended.

All of my cats liked them right away. I don’t give them catnip because they go crazy so they liked these scratchers without adding the catnip on them! They look the same as the ones from PetSmart (a little smaller) but also reversible!!

My little kittle likes to scratch on our stairs. He started scrathing the carpet on the stairs, despite leaving all other carpet and furniture alone. He loves cardboard scratchers, so I looked for some narrow ones that I could get for a reasonable price in a multi-pack. These fit the bill. They fit on a stair well, and he loves them. He neglects the scratchers elsewhere and prefers to scratch solely on the stair cardboard. I think he mainly likes it so he can 'power up' by scratching before leaping off the top stair and sinking his claws into my calf (so cute, I know). This did totally eliminate the carpet scratching, by the way. Just giving him a more enticing option was all it took.I like that I can flip them over and have double the scratchers for the same price. I thought the wavy one would be weird, but he almost seems to prefer that ones, and it doesn't affect using the flat side when the wavy side is down. They're narrow enough to have about 4 inch left on the stair, which is good, because he'll sometimes get a little wild and take a sled ride down the stairs on one. It takes a little more on these vs the wider ones.Final thought- the 'free toy' that it comes with is actually really awesome. Ted never seems to play with toys much, but he really likes that blue fish. If they sold them separately, I'd buy a pack of them. I really thought it'd be some junky thing, but he's wild for it.
