These scratchers are super easy to assemble and our cats love them. This set also includes small rubber nubbers to stick on the bottom so the scratchers don’t move around on the hard floor which is super nice. They are not to big but just the right size.

First these require assembly and there are a lot of pieces. The sides are screwed into the cardboard with big plastic screws, which only go in about 1.5 inches. Screwing into perforated cardboard as you can imagine is not the most secure feeling connection. Be very carful, or you will easily strip the cardboard out and the screw will not hold at all. I did manage to get these together okay, but the feel of them fully assembled just doesn't seem like they will hold up to my cats. Time will tell I guess how well they do hold up, but if my cats get as aggressive on this as they do their cat tree, I think the plastic screws holding it together will get ripped out and it will fall apart.

These are fabulous. My cats started scratching on them immediately. It's design is perfect since cats cat scratch on the bottom or upright part.

These are simple and easy to put together. My cat loves cardboard so these are awesomeness in his world. They are messy, though, because they shred to little bits.
