Wow... much, much, much too coarse for my cat's delicate paws to even walk on. So, his doing no more than sniffing it a time or two did absolutely nothing to shorten his claws.

It goes on very easy and stays. Does not come off when dogs scratch at it.

This paw scratch paper is working great on our door and wood frame. We have a small dog who suffers from anxiety and he has been scratching at this for months without replacing. Very easy to cut peel and apply.

My dog will NOT let me cut his nails for anything, and he's been tearing up my windowsill trying to get at animals outside. This is the perfect solution for both problems. I cut a strip to fit the windowsill which protects it, and helps file down my dogs nails at the same time! I balked at the price but it's a huge roll that should last me a decade or more. Worth it!

Sticks down well.Used for replacing the round pads on the scratch pad but is not quite wide enough and had to leave a small section of unused original
