This handle style has been discontinued by Pella as I found out last week when purchasing two storm doors from Lowe's. Lowe's was unable to locate this handle in any of their nearby stores. I found it here on Amazon and it is the exact same item as listed on Lowe's website. Mortise lock body is not included and is not indicated as being included in the product description. HANDLE set only.

We purchased the Pella storm door with the built in blinds from Lowes within the last 12 months. In this time, the handle has repeatedly pulled apart in our hands as we tried to open the door. This leaves you holding one end of the handle while the other half falls to the floor inside and you are locked out. You cannot make them stay together. The other HUGE ISSUE is the dead-bolt that does not come out of the door and if it does (rarely), it barely engages the lock plate. YOU COULD VERY WELL END UP REGRETTING THIS PURCHASE. DON'T DO IT.

Wanted to update our Pella storm door, this product was the perfect solution. Very easy to install and we love the look. The usual Pella brand high quality, you will not be disappointed!

Product got sent out quickly, it looks great, but for some reason the screw position doesn't match my doors at all. Had to buy new handles from Lowe's. (which fits perfectly)
