Suction cups don’t stay on.

The suction cups on this thing are completely trash! Every few days the top suction cups of the ramp unstick from side of the tank where your turtle is supposed to dry out and sit under a UVA/UVB lamp. So the ramp just falls back into the water. For a $30 piece of plastic you’d think a simple thing like suction cups would work properly, but nope!

I have an African Sideneck turtle. She is 6 inches long. The basking area is large enough for her but the suction cups are not strong enough to hold when she climbs up the ramp. The ramp crashes down every time.

Overall would say it’s a bit pricey for the quality, but it’ll do the job. My only complaint is the little plastic bolts securing the turf to the acrylic are white instead of clear, green or black, but that’s more of a personal preference. Evidently my tortoise thought it was realistic because he tried to eat the grass lol

My axolotls love to sit on this, it doesn’t damage their feet or hurt them, no small holes for their legs to go in, it’s perfect. The only issue is you have to put it in when the tank is empty and suction it REALLY WELL otherwise it doesn’t like to stay up. I put fake plants and sand on the top of it and it’s a cute little hangout spot for my babies :)

Bel achat. Tendance à s’abaisser un peu selon le poids de la tortue. Ma tortue s’attaque aux attaches alors la durée de vie du produit risque d’être faible Un peu cher pour la fabrication mais rien d’autre sur le marché.

I can't comment on how well this works for turtles, but this is amazing for my axolotls! They love to swim up and down the ramp, and they come to the top when they get hungry to beg for their nightcrawlers lol I uploaded some pictures of Marceline and Princess Bubble Gum for reference. It's well made, and has suction cups so you can place it wherever you want and it will stay down. Even if the terf comes off, it'd be easy for me to place some custom fake grass or silicone some rocks on there. This is one of the most used decoration by my axolotls and it's well worth the price.

Ok I bought this for my very large turtle. It was difficult for her to climb on things once I brought up the level of water in her tank. She is very big and heavy and this kept her up and dry off the water. Bought lots of basking ramps but this one by far is the best. Occasionally the suction cups slip from the bottom, but they don't give out. Green grass does start to come off, easy to take off and I recommend using the grip tape you use on steps to help it not slip

It didn't work for my particular situation do to the fact that I have above the tank basking area. However, this product came exactly as described. The plexi wasn't super thick, and did have some bend-- but if secured to the tank with suction, I feel this would probably work for most size turtles.
