At first it seemed to work well, however it quickly begins to self adjust grinding the peppers from course to super-fine, without me adjusting anything. The worst part is it can't be undone, its stuck that way, so I either be happy with only the finest powdery pepper, or find a different grinder.

For the price, this is OK. But, it isn't the smoothest pepper mill I've ever used. It's cheap, but it does the job. Seems reasonably durable.

Nothing like a really good wooden pepper grinder. This one looks good and works perfectly.Now go and get a decent amount of black or mixed pepper corns and enjoy it. Your guests will be happy too.
