I bought this bracelet, and instructions read to ‘email’ if you need more symbols or spacing. I only need a shirt message on this bracelet, but by the time you have to write out your customization with their system, you have exceeded the character limits (so dumb!). For example, I only need “ ♡︎XYZ♡︎,” but I have to write “SYMBOL 2 cuz SYMBOL 2” in the customization field. They give you an option to email them after purchase, but provide no email! Lol.. AND there are no returns (so, if you can’t reach them for customization, you’re SOL) , so I just canceled. Plus they advertised that you can get it by Xmas, but then give you a Dec 30th arrival date. Nope.
