This stethoscope tag comes in black and gray which allows you to choose the color that best suits your needs.
Adjustable
The tag has 2 tabs with ridges that slide through and lock into the interior loops. This works like a zip tie. Also has a write on label on back to include more information.
Easy Placement
This 1-piece stethoscope tag allows for easy placement. Place on the yoke for single yoke stethoscopes. Place between yokes for cardiology double yoke stethoscopes. Proper placement is imperative for the best fit.
Customized
The best part is the abiity to customize the font, the design size and even add a decorative frame for an amazing finished stethoscope tag that is uniquely you.

- 1½ inch - Largest design size (Mylar)
- 1¼ inch/Plain - Design set in Plain setting frame (Glass)
- 1 inch/Plain - Design set in Plain setting frame (Mylar or Glass)
- 1 inch/Cap - Design set in Cap setting frame (Mylar or Glass)
- 1 inch/Rope - Design set in Rope setting frame (Mylar or Glass)
- 1 inch/Bling - Design set in Bling setting frame (Mylar or Glass)
Mylar or Glass? What's the difference?
- Mylar - this is a button sealed in a machine with a thin layer of mylar which protects the design from damage. The design button is flat on top and rounded on the sides. The 1 inch button will be set into a decorative setting frame of your choice.
- Glass - this process requires the design to be set into a decorative setting frame of your choice. We then use a crystal clear resin and a domed glass. After curing, the design is waterproof and the domed glass will magnify the design and enable it to be seen from all angles.
Different ways to personalize!
- None - Just enjoy the design without any text.
- Letter/Letters (All Same Size) - For a single letter, multiple letters or a 3-letter monogram with first, middle last initials all the same size.
- Name - For a name. Whatever you want it to say.
- Monogram (Center Letter Large) - This is for a 3-letter monogram with first, last, middle name nitials. The last name initial is in the center and larger.
- Add an occupation title to any of the personalization types to show off that hard-earned title!

It's a bit hard to get on as the plastic is stiff, but overall it's very nice. I don't see myself ever removing it, so once it's on, it's there to stay. I don't think it would ever fall off.

This is a beautiful stethoscope id tag. I didn't really read the instructions, I just put it on the proximal tubing before it bifurcates and it seems fine, except that occasionally it slips down and then I just push it back into place. It is a great distractor for little kids, good for infant neuro exams, gets then to follow with their eyes, turn their heads, and reach. I personalized with with Dr. "my first name" because I like to introduce myself that way, it is more friendly to the little kids. Before this I didn't have an ID tag and always worried about losing and not being able to definitively identify my personal pediatric stethoscope. It is pink, but a lot of the pediatric stethoscopes happen to be pink.
