Found the 20 minute video helpful even without verbal instructions. The instruction sheet was very brief. Ample wool was included.

My wife is a recent convert to felting, so I got her this to experiment with. She enjoyed it, but noted that the instructions would've been hard to follow in some places if she hadn't already taken a needle felting class and gotten some experience under her belt. So if you're literally just getting started, or buying for someone who is, that may be something to bear in mind if/when buying this.

Very cute kit with everything to get you going, but the instructions for this kit were somewhat lacking. Just the very basics of prepping your frame then "stab the wool". There is a color picture to reference, but otherwise no directions or color chart as far as what goes where, what is blended, how do to details or technique. I've done some felting before but am by no means an expert and I would have liked a little more guidance for this kit to get a good result.
