The bearings in these outdoor bar stools are impressive! The swivel action is incredibly smooth and quiet, with no grinding or resistance. I’m really happy with how well they’ve held up after extensive use in my backyard. The stools are a joy to sit in, especially when entertaining guests who need to move around the bar.

These stools were exactly what I was looking for. The alignment is flawless, and they sit evenly around my bar, creating a uniform and aesthetically pleasing setup. They’re easy to move around and maintain their alignment no matter where I place them. Great addition to any outdoor space!

These chairs are not only stylish but also comfortable. While the assembly process can be tricky at first, once you get the hang of it with the first chair, the rest become much easier to put together. Despite the initial challenges, the end result is definitely worth it. We’re delighted with our purchase!

I ordered 4 chairs. 2 of them were the standard pain in the rear to assemble but at least after a bunch of wiggling around, all of the holes eventually lined up. The second set... NOT SO MUCH!!! I had to re-tap 40% of the welded internal nuts on the back / armrests because they were only partially threaded and had to expand (by drilling out) the size of the holes on about 8 of the holes because they were SO out of alignment. I do a lot of DIY projects so it was more of an annoyance than anything else, but I can see how it would be annoying if you don't have access to tools. In regards to swivel plates. 3 out of 4 them seated fine when everything was tightened but the fourth one required me adding a few offset washers to get it so it wasn't pulling the thing apart when it was finally tightened. I can see now why some people have issues with the ball bearings falling out. That being said, you do need to be gentle when getting in and out of the chairs if you want the swivel plates / ball bearing to stay in place and last, they well eventually flex and bend if you're not careful. Once all the chairs are built, they are ULTRA comfortable so couldn't be more happy with the comfort level! Be warned though these chairs are TALL, SUPER TALL!!! I ended up cutting three of them down so they would actually fit under my outdoor table (but that was my fault for not measuring things. To cut the legs down, just pull out the plugs on the bottom of the chairs, cut off equal amounts and re-insert. Oh, and if you don't have really long legs, your feet will not be able to reach the foot rest bar so plan on rigging something up. Don't forget to keep them covered 24/7 when not in use, the material will fall apart if you don't. EDIT - the seller reached out to me and credited me some money towards the purchase to help with all the hassle I went through with the second set, so it's nice to know there is support behind the product even if you don't try and return them. I'm changing from 2 stars to 3 because of the help from the seller :)

This product is very hard to assemble. The small L shaped wrench is not very useful. I bought 6 in October, spent a day assembling and I am fairly handy. over the next few months i began to find the ball bearing balls from the seat swivel base all over my floor. Note that this is a component that came assembled and was not something I was required to put together. Eventually two of the chairs neither swivel without grinding and the flop around. Their mistake not mine! Beware.

Let me start by saying I have my own machinist job shop and can fix anything.Putting them together is straight forward.Downside is the feet. Not one leg is the same length. The adjustable feet is the worst design they could have done. The screws are super loose and will not stay in one spot from the factory.I used some loctite and seems to be doing great now.If you are buying these because the padding please understand it does not matter. Makes no difference between my old to new that were not padded for comfort.All in all I would buy again knowing what I know.Hope this helps someone.
