I initially liked this label printer, there's was a lot to like about it, even if the app for it was quirky and awkward to use. But now the latest app update is a total disaster, from trying to set label size to when it prints your label it just new keeps feeding blank label tape out the printer....that I then have to rewind every time now!! I contacted the company on Facebook over a month ago, they said an update was coming....still not here, and no way to go back to the old app for iPhone. Phomemo needs to get their act together, this COULD be a great printer.

Had some issues early on, reached out the the company and they got me working in a very short time. I am using this to print out "Free Sample" labels on a product I sell, so it was important to print on 2 line so I didn't have multiple pieve of tape. Works fantastic

I looked at a bunch of these little printers. This one is the best as far as features. I was looking for one that I can find a variety of labels to buy and to have a continues label option. The only thing that is VERY annoying to me is the location of the power button. I click on it by mistake every time I pick up the printer. This results in time or waste of paper since the click once when the printer is on spits out paper. Maybe a software update to disable the click once or replace it with a double click will solve this issue.

No frills but give you a label as it should. Aligning the label is a little tricky at first but you'll figure it out.

I bought this to label my tool-cabinet drawers, but it's come in very handy for various tasks, like labeling the buy date of locally roasted coffee beans and identifying Ethernet and audio runs. The application took some time to figure out but now I can whip out a label in no time.

I wanted a label maker to label all my little things. This printer was a decent price and seemed like it would fit the bill. It came with very few instructions and didn't tell me what size the labels where that were included. The next day I received a detailed email with all the instructions. It was perfect and extremely needed. I wish it was in the box but thankful they sent it. In general, the printer is easy to use with the app. My only complaint is the ink on the label can rub off after a lot of uses.

The label printer and software work OK. But sometimes the labels print a little crooked. Pre-cut labels look nice, but that also means you have to keep multiple sizes and colors on hand. It's easier to create and store labels on your phone than on a traditional hand-held unit. That said, I'm keeping my other labeler for one-offs. Also I don't know how long these labels will last, they seem thinner and less scuff resistant than my other labels. Time will tell I guess.
