This product was received as part of a promotion. I got these for my husband who does a lot of wood cutting/work. I like how this product is very versatile. It is made of alloy steel, making it very durable. One can “pick up and release” wood in a quick manner, whether stacking recently cut wood for the winter, making a campfire, etc. It’s got a one-hand release that makes loading so much easier, saving one’s back and time. This would be a great gift for any outdoorsman/woman. This is a very useful tool we’re glad to have around!
