Using these to pull logs out of woods for cutting into lumber with portable saw mill. Works great for the size logs I'm pulling. Drop the tongs over the log and raise three point hitch to lock them into the log. Works well and able to do without a 2nd person to help or having to get on and off tractor much. Very useful tool and so happy to have this after spending a lot of time doing this task with chains in the past. Works good on logs. Mainly bought to lift chunk ed pieces on splitter. Works fine.wish I would have purchased a larger opening one, I have some it won't open up enough.

Points are dull. You might as well use it to hang clothes.

I haven't used the tool yet, but I tested it out at home and can see that it is exactly what I need for the work I have in mind. It is heavy-duty and will be just the right tool to help me handle some very long poles for a deck remodel job. I will use it to drag the poles into position from the delivery point; and to set them upright into position on concrete pads with brackets. I am very pleased with the tool.

These tongs worked good for moving the logs. Once they dug in, they held on real good. I would recommend these to all my friends.

Bent and twisted the very first time I used it. It looks heavy, it feels heavy but it is defiantly NOT heavy duty. I would have sent it back if I still had the box.
