The product i got was clearly used, as the packaging was torn. Upon further inspection there are a lot of missing parts and the threads were forcibly ripped out of the rubber head. There was also glue residue all over the aluminum body and rubber end. Buyer beware! (sorry for the blurry pic but you get the idea)
