Easy to put together. Pretty sturdy but it has a little bit of give that makes me a little nervous but it hasn't been a problem yet.

A seemingly simple assembly. However, The screw is not long enough to catch the go through the handle and pizza peel and catch the threads successfully on the other side. I spent 20 minutes trying to get it together without success and now it’s past the return period.

I make a lot of pizza for my family (at least every other weekend) and I look for tools that make the process easier. I have a good wooden peel that I've been using for several years and it's a good one, but I keep my eyes open for others as it's good to have a second one at the ready. This one has worked out well for me so far though I have not had it long.This is a metal peel with a wooden handle, and it comes with "some assembly required". Basically, you have to attach the handle to the peel in the correct position, and that is no big deal. Having the handle movable makes this smaller to ship and when necessary it can be easier to store when not in use.This is a very thin peel which actually is a good thing. It slides under a pie easily without catching and it is less prone to just sliding the pie on the stone. It's stiff enough to handle the weight, which is really the main thing. The peel seems to be pretty basic otherwise.This is a decent peel and I am glad to have it. It meets my needs well and it appears to be well made.

Sturdy and works great - this makes turning the pizza much easier in out Blackstone Pizza Oven.

Have used this a few times in my pizza oven and noticed the screws came loose pretty quickly when transporting my mini pizzas

the handle swivels too much. I had to readjust so that it stays stationary which defeats the purpose of a folding pizza peel. the pan itself is also not great. i think it can be designed better for scooping up the pizza. Tried it a few times, ultimately I don't think I'd buy this again and don't recommend
