The handle is perfectly long, and the peel is made of metal which allows the pizza to slide around easily. The ridge along the edge is perfect for spinning the pizza.

Perfect size to rotate the pizza but I was disappointed because the handle is to short . My wood oven gets very hot so a long handle is a must.

Nice size and design to easily turn the pizza and remove when done. Great design and quality. Will need to tighten bolts after a couple of uses after the wood handle shrinks to final size. Works great and very pleased.

The wooden handle is comfortable snd won’t get hot. The size is perfect for a 12 inch Ooni pizza oven.

This is a great pizza Peel for smaller ovens. I have the Ooni 12" and this does the job. I still use a larger square peel for insertion and extraction from the oven, but this one is perfect for doing the turning while it is in the oven. Lightweight, easy to clean, and in a pinch you could use it as a peel for extraction.

this is very sturdy and i love the sturdiness and quality... HOWEVER, the paddle DID NOT COME WITH THE SCREWS ETC. ALSO, NO DIRECTIONS. I would give a solid 5 but not getting the screws and having to look for something that would work was annoying. Great Quality!

This pizza peel comes disassembles, so you have to attach the handle with nuts. The didn't line up 100%, so putting them all on first, then tightening them seemed to work. It works well. It seems to have a Teflon or non-stick coating. The cheese stuck to it immediately and turned dark, but the coating made it clean up nicely. The handle is hardwood, which is better than I expected. The 10 inches is actually more like 9.75 inches, but I guess you can round up from a metric measurement. It is larger than others. We used it in a 16" pizza oven for turning a 12-14" pizza once it was in the oven. It could hold the entire pizza that was larger than the peel after it was cooked, so it worked out well. Definitely recommend this for using on a pizza stone or over.

You'll need to assemble this with the enclosed bolts and screwdriver. Treat the raw wood handle with some spoon paste or similar. The bolts needed to be re-tightened after a week or two of use, so keep the screwdriver nearby. Does work nicely for manipulating the pizza in an outdoor propane 12" stove and is an indispensible tool whether you opt for this one or choose another.

Great for the price. Gets the job done. I use it with my Ooni Karu 12”. It’s perfect especially because I paid 1/4 the price compared to the ooni turning peel. The screws do come loose and I have to tighten it every 3-4 times of use. Not that big a deal. The metal does stain easier than my ooni full peel
