Absolutely as seen. Sturdy, not made of shoddy material, add the feet and put in place. Really love it

The beveled glass diamond fireplace screen is worth every penny. It came shipped without any damage and is very easy to assembly as it only has the legs to screw on. It is well made and sturdy and is beautiful. I left the back side legs off so it sits against the stone fireplace. I would certainly recommend this screen to anyone and for its cost it is one of the best screens we looked at.

This fireplace screen is gorgeous. What a transformation from the traditional sliding screen. There are only 4 bolts to install, tools are included. My only 2 little complaints are that I thought it would fit a little tighter to the fireplace. It sticks out about 3 3/4”. But my chair is about 3 feet away from the fireplace so it’s really only noticeable from that vantage point. The second is when you open the doors, they’re held closed with heavy duty magnets, the glass panes rattle a bit. But these complaints were not enough to take any stars off. It’s a great find/buy. I’m glad I bought it. The previous owners of my house removed the attached glass doors on the fireplace so the only thing left were the sliding mesh screens that didn’t slide very well and were warped, so I was searching for replacements when I found this. I have 4 grand babies 4, 3 1/2, 3 and 1 1/2 years old, I needed to make sure there wasn’t any chance they could get burnt during the holidays while everyone is chatting. This screen will do that in style. I didn’t want to dirty the fireplace until guests arrive for Thanksgiving but I really wanted to see what it looked like with a fire, so I put some candles in it. It’s really beautiful. If you’re thinking about buying this, stop thinking about it, and buy it! It’s beautiful, functional and the cost is reasonable. I highly recommend this Plow & Hearth fireplace screen.

This beauty fit our 1910 brick Craftsman fireplace perfectly. I was concerned seeing these priced much higher. A pleasant surprise - It is really nice. Decent packing, proper welding and materials throughout. The doors open and close without flexing the frame and they can be easily removed lifting straight up. The glass panels and screen materials are thick. The heavy iron front leg brackets are beefy. The rear legs are positioned with a set screw that may be placed anywhere along the lower section. That is great for different sized openings. It ships with real fasteners: ny-lock nuts and hex-head screws. I only review the good stuff and this one was worthy.

I love the style and how it looks in my house! It is a thin wall tubing but it is holding up well so far and for the price I expect it to for many years to come. My biggest problem is the magnet that holds the doors closed lasted for 1 good fire and fell out on the second one. Magnets only work to a certain temperature and then they lose their magnetism. The doors do stay closed but if a piece of wood fell and touched the door it would easily pop open. If they had a better setup for just that I would give 5 stars.

This is a quality product. Sturdy and fits snugly against the fireplace, very solid feel to it, additionally it's very attractive. I replaced an older tri-fold screen that was very unstable and would tip over when the doors were opened, I have two small children and this posed a constant hazard. Not this screen! It feels like it is attached to the fireplace, the doors operate smoothly, are easy to open, and close securely. Very pleased with this purchase, was a little more than I wanted to pay, but would definitely qualify it as a bargain based on the quality. You won't be disappointed!

44"x33"Note that there's nothing to keep drafts out when not in use so that's something to consider. Overall, I'm very happy with this purchase.Pros:1. Very easy to assemble - it took me about 10 minutes.2. Looks great!3. Very stable - it has two legs on the front and two in the back and won't fall down which was a concern of mine. No need to bolt it into the brick like my last one.4. If my room gets too hot, I was surprised that closing the door actually still blocks quite a bit of heat given that half of the doors are mesh.Cons:1. Like some other reviews stated, it is cheaply made. The mesh is "bendable" when touched (think heavy duty fly swatter). The glass feels cheap but it really doesn't matter to me. It looks great and does the job. I also purchased this knowing about it possibly being made of cheaper material.

I was a bit worried to purchase this item based on some of the reviews - poor quality, poor door closure, poor packaging. However, the product is very nice, good quality and very attractive. The item arrived with damage to the packaging so I was afraid the screen would be damaged or parts missing, but it wasn't. No scratches or flaking paint, just a very attractive fireplace screen that sits securely on our hearth and fits snug to the walls of the fireplace. Easy to screw the leg brackets on and nothing is loose, the doors work great. We are very happy with the purchase. I will order from this vendor again.
