After purchasing almost identical hammocks from Temu and discovering my Quaker knows the subtle difference and will not use them, I searched high and low and finally found the same one he loves. Admittedly, this one is pricey but I'm delighted I found it in the end.Despatch was immediate and arrived a couple of weeks ahead of the indicative ETA.Thank you very much. 😃

Sunny rushes to her little hut nest as soon as he sees me about to cover his cage with a blanket and stays there all night until morning when I take the blanket off. He destroys everything he can get his little beak into, but loves his hut nest so much that he hasn't tried to tear it apart at all, he has had it for about 6 months. I just bought another one for his sister (Amazon Peach Parrot). This sleeping hut is the Perfect Size, made of Excellent Quality material and comes in a Great Variety of colors and sizes for most bird resting/sleeping needs. Would highly recommend.

One of the straps broke and my peach faced love bird fell to the bottom of his cage. He hurt his wing but is okay now.I advise you reinforce how you hang this. I used metal wire to hang it instead of throwing it out because he really liked it. He also sleeps in it every night.I am not giving 1 star because of how much he likes it, because it kept him warm over the winter, and because he didn’t die or break his wing. However, this can still be a very dangerous thing to have unless you use wire or thicker string to hang it.

Good quality but a tad bit small for my )0+ yr old blue and gold macaw. She has never gotten used to it after several weeks and just avoids it completely. Ended up purchasing a cat hammock for her and she loves sleeping in that... probably because it’s more open. She also loves here therma-perch heated perch.

I really like this little hammock. It took a month or two for my bird to decide it was something to hang out in rather than something to be attacked, but once he did, I think he started to enjoy it too. The material is very durable and the attachment is simple and secure. I have yet to wash it (I'll update the review if it falls apart in the wash), but it looks as though the fabric should handle it.For size reference, I got this for a budgie and his head almost hits the top (it would hit the top if he didn't sort of lean when he's walking around in there. I could imagine a cockatiel or even a small parrotlet or conure enjoying this, but I wouldn't go any bigger than that.So far, my budgie has yet to damage it, but your mileage may vary with birds with stronger beaks.
