This piano bench is nice, but it has a leather surface instead of a fabric one.

it is a very well made and sturdy and deep seating chair. It is adjustable for the heights that are needed in playing the harp or cello . It folds up for easy travel, although a bit heavy for carrying with one hand . it's a great addition to the traveling musician's list.

The max adjustable height worked well for my long legs (33" inseam). I would like the seat to be not so deep. I need the back to push my lumbar region forward. Fussing with extra cushions may do it.

I have delayed purchasing this cello chair, despite raves from other buyers, simply because of the price, not because of its actual value, but simply because there have been other priorities in my life. Finally I have it and I wish every cellist could have one. Having a chair of the correct height (this one is adjustable), comfort, design, and support is of paramount importance to developing and maintaining proper technique for a cellist. Highly recommended.

This chair is a nice, less expensive option to the Adjustrite chairs. It is somewhat bigger, bulkier, and heavier, but it has higher back support and feels more durable. The push-nobs to adjust the height of the legs are a bit hard to push in - I had to use a tool for it, but it could be just a glitch. I will use my Adjsutrie for travels, and this one will stay in my studio for students. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!
