Excellent camera system. Has the capabilities or Night and Day and Audio. However, no on hand tech support and PTZ does not function without power cord.

I've put cameras in my previous houses. These are regular Poe 8 channel. Same setup running cat5. Very quiet DVR and extremely simple mobile set up. IPhone and Android same. Little concerned about DVR, no traffic lights on top 4 Ethernet ports but there is on the bottom ones. Everything works fine, just hype it lasts. Added 2 bullet cameras to it, work same

I am happy with this purchase for my home recently and was pleasantly with how user friendly and clear the picture is, really 8MP resolution! The cameras worked great, aslo the video was good. The system software is menu and displays lots of information, not so easy to record after set up, I followed the directions in the manual I downloaded and was able to set up this system with no additional assistance, Since I'm new to this whole security camera setup procedure I did get a bit confuse, but the tech support really was useful and supportive on my issues, was a great help and answered all my questions with great info and got my system up and running in no time without a headache! Great product and great help !!
