Overall, its doing its job for now. We set this up for an emergency aquatic turtle rescue situation, and it is doing its job. Did not come with instructions, and was impossible to 100% figure out, but our mods are working. We initially thought it was leaking, but since its in the basement, and was cold from shipping in winter, once it came to temp with the water inside, the condensation stopped and no more exterior water found. Couldn't figure out drain install, so we aren't using that to attest to quality.
