The item works really well for my back deck. However this is the second heater from the same company that I will have to return because it simply stops working. The first one I paid 170 for, returned it, and was able to get the second one on sale. But it just stopped working this morning. So I'd advise look at the specs and get one with comparable specs but don't buy this one. The first one lasted almost 90 days. The second one not even a month.

I was so happy when it arrived. I loved that it was brown and not black or white. And the height was perfect. I read all the instructions. The first time I plugged it in two of the “bulbs” or “tubes” sparked, popped and blew out and the unit stopped working. Returned with no problems for full refund.

It works great and heats fast but this is my second one and both of them stopped working after about a month or two.

This seemed to be a nice heater and while it was working it heated the room nice. It's not very durable though because it died after only 2 months.. I have space heaters that I've had for years and run them all winter. Maybe consider the 3 yr extra protection plan. Since it's not eligible for return ( expired 30 days after purchase) even though in the details Amazon said it's still eligible.. so, it is now a $170 piece of trash.EDIT TO ORIGINAL REVIEW:After making this review I was contacted by the seller in hopes to resolve the issue with this heater. Since there is no additional manufacturer warranty that I can ask them to honor, it is up to them as to if they want to refund the cost of purchase. I was incorrect about the $170 cost as I only paid $139 on Amazon deals ... but the original price is $169/$170, last I looked. A whole lot of money for something to break. I appreciate the seller reaching out and I will happily give additional 2 stars for their attempt to resolve. That bears weight and is a good gesture.

Works great! Bought it for our deck and it works so well, we brought it inside and warmed up our 34 x 36 sq ft great room. I wish that I could turn off the power from the top or front. The main switch is at the back on the bottom. Guess using the remote is always an option.Yeah, we decided to work on our kitchen table and a cold front moved in. So we used the heater under our 10x10 tarp - it helped tremendously.

Awesome, works great. I won't be using the rotation feature because it's noisy. But this think cranks heat and has quite a few levels of heat settings.
