This product is a single person pop up spa sauna tent that comes with a 2.6L steamer, foot massage roller & a foldable waterproof tent chair inside, the product will need to be assembled which is pretty easy & takes under 20 minutes. Once the pop up tent is structured, there are a fiberglass sauna frame with heating panels with waterproof liner & it is made to cover the entire body as only the head will be exposed but you can also remove one or both hands if you like, you enter it by zipping it open where you place the chair to sit down & roller. The full size of this sauna tent is 31.5”L x 31.5”Wx 42in H making it a personal sized stand up single person sauna tent. Also provided is a portable waterproof sauna chair that is foldable for easy storage, the steam pit with steam channel & also included is a foot massager device as a nice additional gift. The heating functions for this sauna tent is a 15 level 2.6L steam engine pot that can be controlled by the buttons or hand-held remote control inside of the sauna tent which is convenient. The product is not only convenient for being an in-home &/or portable sauna unit, but it is comfortable, easy to use, easy to clean, easy to assemble, disassemble & you have access to your very own private spa sauna unit that you can use wherever at your own convenience which using a spa has many added benefits including weight loss, detoxification, muscle recovery & overall well being. The current price listed for this portable steam sauna is a good & fair value if you are looking for a reasonably priced portable home sauna that doesn’t take up much space & that works well. This kind of sauna design is especially great for someone like me because I just got a hair transplant & I can not use a sauna for 30 days but since this style sauna only covers from the neck down leaving my entire head exposed means that I am able to use it since my head won’t be submerged inside of the sauna tent.

I am enjoying my tent sauna after having used in more than 4 months. It works very well. It heats up in about 8 minutes for me. I stay in no more than 15 minutes but I feel less tense and a bit invigorated afterwards. I love that my head is not in the tent while you sit in the low chair that is provided. I did once remove the chair to have my entire body in the tent which was also fine but naturally it can get a bit hot in there. I love that your hands are free with the zippers in the front in case you need to grab your phone or use the remote to adjust the time or temperature. Assembly was easy and straight forward. I guess if there was one thing I wish, it would be that it was easily collapsed so it can be moved or stored out of the way when not in use. It's a bit too wide to fit through a standard door frame so you would have to remove some portions of the tent frame to get it through a door. But that's just a wish not a necessity. I am overall pleased with my purchase.

Very happy with this sauna. More like a steam room. I was soaked after only a 20 min session. Easy to use.

cool product but they said I have to return the whole thing and get another one just to get the MISSING foot massager. I just want my feet rubbed 🤷🏽♀️

While the materials seem a little lightweight and the included chair far from being "sturdy", the price doesn't scare you away. You'll have to give it a fair amount of time to heat up and maintaining heat is give and take, but it does feel really nice and highly relaxing. Personally, I am happy to have a secluded backyard and patio because I don't think I'd appreciate the looks it will garner from passersby.

School is still out on using it! It seem it takes at least 10 minutes to heat up! Need to stay in for at least 30 minutes to get a decent sweat! Although the chair seems good , it sets up pretty low making it not so easy to get up and out! I’m using a shower stool!
