I was specifically looking for exterior galvanized. Description says galvanized. Box does not, only says for interior use only.

Exactly as advertised. I use these to attach wire screening to plant cages to keep out squirrels and birds. These and an air gun sure make the job go faster and much, much easier.

I have used these quite a bit building bird houses and bird feeder and they never jam and I only have problems once in a while with them not going in all the way and bending.

If you're looking for a piece of bent metal that is pushed through something thicker than 1/2 inch in order to secure it, then these 1/2" staples are what you need. I used these to secure a cloverleaf aluminum sheet to pine when making radiator covers and they worked flawlessly with without any misfires.They were also used in securing hardboard to a wooden frame where they worked as expected and needed.

I needed some of these to make up some screens for a "cookshack" that I had built in my back yard. The local building suppliers and a brand-name hardware store didn't offer 1/2 inch 18 ga Crown staples. I ordered these from Amazon, got quick delivery for all that I needed, and they worked just fine through my bargain-basement brand air stapler (not Porter-Cable). No jams, and they did the job. If/when I need more crown staples I'll buy Porter-Cable first.
