It will help them gain confidence and become more independent when using the toilet - perhaps quicker than they might otherwise do. However, some children may find the experience a bit scary. For instance, the step stool can feel a bit shaky, and there’s nothing to hold onto when turning around on the top step to sit down on the toilet. Imagine yourself doing that on a scaled-up adult-sized version - I’m at the opposite age of the age scale from toddlers, and I would find that a bit scary too.

My granddaughter could attach it to the toilet when she's ready to use it, and she can take it down when she's done; she's 3 years old, she loves it, and so do I. There is no potty to dump, it is a super potty.

It might be ok for an older toddler who's maybe a bit more steady on their feet but for a toddler who's only recently started walking, it's a bit on the wobbly side and doesn't inspire confidence. It's not particularly expensive but I'd rather pay a bit more for something that was more solid.

This really useful and helpful 2 in 1 step stool ladder for kids doing great job I must admit, it's very comfortable, quick and simple to use and install, fold and unfold too, but I mostly like that it looks like really good solid quality for long time of use.Perfect idea for kids to help them reach high places for brushing teeth or washing hands.It can support up to 220 lb.It's also wide, non-slip step which ensures stability as children climb up and down.I can easily recommended to anyone for this really reasonable price.

There are a lot of pieces but I was able to put it together without too much grief.. my daughter likes the chair as it provides steps and she has something to hold on to with the side rails.

I recently ordered the 2-in-1 Potty Training Seat with Toddler Step Stool Ladder, and overall, I'm quite satisfied with it. The instructions for assembly were not very clear. The adjustable ladder and safe handles provide stability, making it easy for my child to use. The foldable design is a bonus for storage, and the splash guard is a thoughtful addition. However, I found that the seat could be a bit more stable for longer use. Despite this, it has greatly helped with potty training, and I would recommend it to other parents. Four stars!

Daughter says it is cheap plastic, not sturdy , fell apart and doesn’t fit over toilet correctly. Non skid pads did not prevent it from moving.One use and it’s done.

Came with all parts loosely in an open plastic bag within a cardboard box. Instructions are as seen in photos. It’s also intuitive to put together.Overall this just felt a bit too thin and chintzy. It claims to hold up to 220 lbs. I am155 and accidentally stepped on the base momentarily and really thought I was going to break it.It IS very adjustable - my toilet has a square base, elongated bowl, and is comfortable height. I found it fit comfortably height toilets very easily by just using the second hold at the middle ladder step (instructions mentioned nothing about this). I also like how easily it folds.I find the non slip features to still leave it slippy on my tile floors. Also it feels off that the non slid pads you insert are so much shorter than the areas where they go… like they are too small.The seat padding is attached to the seat via some little Velcro bits. Curious how that holds up to being peed into by a little boy (it will happen sooner or later and this seems not cleaning friendly).My son is a bit unsure and finds it just a little too unsteady for his liking when propped on the toilet (his other items include a big potty seat and very secure potty stairs so he acted a bit scared on these when they wobbled slightly). Let alone when folded without that extra support. But hoping he gets more sure with time. He isn’t even 30lbs yet, not very large or heavy.Overall I am going to continue trying to use it but I have doubts about durability, cleanability, etc. it is priced lower than most but not by much and it is cute but it just doesn’t seem steady and high enough quality to me.

This step stool ladder can be used on the toilet for potty training, or as a step up to the wash basin to give more independence in the tasks of washing and brushing their teeth. The ladder is very easy to assemble and use straight away, and felt very secure when placed on the toilet. It has helped my child feel more grown up during the potty training process. The seat is also comfortable for my child to sit on, and has handles to the sides for extra safety and protection of the child.
