I needed a small generator to power the block heater on my old bus for a recent winter road trip in the northeast US. My bus will not start in cold weather without the block heater, and there's no telling whether hotels have available power sources for this. I also only wanted an inverter generator due to the cleaner power delivery that those offer over traditional generators.This generator had great reviews and was significantly cheaper than an equivalent model at the local discount tool store which is what compelled me to go with this one. Upon receiving this generator, I checked it over and added in some 5W-30 oil, making sure to fill the oil reservoir. I will also note that the generator is relatively light and easily portable; I had no issue toting it around.Regarding actual performance, this generator works great. I've only put a few hours on it so far, but it served its immediate purpose of running my engine block heater each morning during my road trip. It's very quiet and had no issue with powering the block heater (1000W power draw.) I used the eco mode setting for this; I can't speak for other types of electrical loads, but for purely resistive loads such as a heater, the eco mode worked very well.I am looking forward to using this generator more. I think this generator is perfect for use cases such as camping/road-tripping, job-site needs, or any other situation where a small amount of AC power is needed. Only time will tell how durable this generator truly is, but so far, I am impressed.

Love the generator ,after 4 delivery attempts finally got it , stayed home all day waiting for it 3 times was messsged it was coming?? Very frustrated with the delivery 🤪

The generator is very loud when not in econo mode. I was trying to charge my batteries (Jackery) they were down to 4%. The generator got hot and shut off a couple times after a little over two hours I ran out of gas and the battery was only at16% and I was using my van to charge at same time.

Didn’t last all night when camping in the winter. Started easily, ran good and was easily portable. Requiresgrounding wire and rod for safety!Reasonably quiet although it can bebothersome to a light sleeper! In allI am pleased with this purchase.

I bought two of these generators at different times. I was very happy with the first one - at first. For some reason the oil was dark sooner than expected, then it started making a clanking noise and smoking a little. During the oil change a curled piece of metal came out. Within a week it was smoking so much the police showed up to see about a fire.I thought I messed it up by getting dirt in the oil and the heat here, (I'm in the dusty desert and it was summer),so I bought another one. Mistake.It ran less than a month and the very first oil change - which I did early - was gray and sparkling. In days it was producing only 250 watts. The two generators together operated for less than 6 months. I've owned several generators and this one was the worst.

This is all they said it was, it surprised me, I've had sevceral small Gens and most don't live up to the call. This came on time, Followed the instructions on preparing it. It started on the second pull ;and ran smoothly. Stopped it and restarted several times, started everytime. Super quiet even under load. I loaded it with several work tools and it had no problems doing what I wanted it to do. The only thing I didn't care for although not a real problem is you have to take the side panel off to add oil or check the oil. Two screws so no real problem. I highly recommend this generator. The weight is good, easy enough to move around. Enjoy.

The generator is a reasonable size, generally manageable for one man to lift or load. Started up on the second pull. Choke worked very well. The engine is a good size and it takes a healthy pull to start. Hopefully the pull starter will hold up well. In Eco mode, it idles down lower and is pretty quiet.My purpose is emergency use, so I haven't given it a complete test yet. All seems good so far though. Included was a plug end to plug into the RV output receptacle. This will be useful in making a cord to feed my breaker box.

Firstly this generator for the price has proven to be better than any other similar make of generators. I have owned a Honda Eui1000, a champion 2500, and 4 Predator 2000 units. All of which had similar issues. After trying to fix the altitude fuel jet on the Honda it simply stopped operating. It starts, runs and as soon as you load it it fails, the predators just stop working, anywhere from 6 to 24 months after purchase. The Champion is still Awaiting a new ignition, also all of those have an issue with the recoil starters fraying as soon as you use them. And they are all noisy. This Power Pro, starts on first pull all most always, never more than two pulls, Runs on Eco mode for 5 hours on a half gallon of fuel, probably due to lower power service requirement, produces 1900 continuous watts, and is honestly the quietest portable generator I have ever owned. Easier to service than any of the Predator units, quieter than the Honda, and no fraying of the starter pull cord and have started it over 2 dozen times. This unit is being used for about 5 hours a day to top off a battery pack used with inverters before shutting down for the night. So farther everyone in this family is satisfied. I plan on installing an hour meter on it to schedule the oil changes accurately. For the money this is a top performing unit. Need a reliable back up. This is the one to get.

Well I got it and filled it with oil and gas, put the choke on and in one pull it started then turned the choke off and it ran fantastic. Put it in eco mode and the thing is super quiet in fact I think it's quieter than a Honda. Now just to test it under load for what I bought it for but so far so good
