It was very easy to set up out of box. It starts easy so far. I did have one issue that when I pulled it backwards the blade caught the rubber shield piece that follows it and stalled it once and ripped it off mower. I'm not worried about it but you may not want to mow with flip flops if it happens to you.

Good. Does the job it was made for.. getting a GOOD workout on one arm pulling that cord..almost to the point of a dislocation

I wasn't sure about odering a no name brand lawnmower from Amazon... But this thing rocks! I was presently surprised at how well it cut my lawn, even while slightly wet.Easy to assemble, comes with the oil. A+ in my book!

I am a 60 yo woman w Disabilty and limited mobility- needed a simple mower- it wouldn’t start! Calling customer service, I was politely asking for help to get it started. About a minute into call she told me I was “weary of their product and should just return it.” I’m sorry, it is in bold on the box please do not return call customer service! WTH people. I did through YouTube get it started. It’s worth the 200.00 unless you need customer service.

This mower might be suitable if you mow only a small area, and only a few times per season. It is easy to start, but that's about the only plus. I bought mine this spring and my husband is having to piece it together to finish this mowing season, if it even will. From the very first time I used it, it has backfired at least once every time, smoking like crazy when doing so. The chute refuses to stay on, the handle has broken off the mower itself, and it is a bear to push. Not worth my money.

So far, so good. Easy to assemble and delivered on time. Starts with one pull of the string. Easy to maneuver and works great. I’ve used it three times and I’ve had nothing but a good experience with this mower. We were on a budget and I’m glad we went with this mower, Good price for a great product.
