My husband loves these PowerStep insoles in his work boots. They provide the necessary support for his low arches and help relieve the pain he has from standing on his feet all day! Great product!

I purchased the Powerstep Pinnacle Low because of my low arches. The insoles are comfortable and there is not nagging pressure on my arches unlike some other insoles. Recommended.

Recommended by my ortho foot person for pain on side of foot (tendonitis) caused by flat feet. (I also have a different ortho doctor for the arthritis in both knees and will be getting knee replacements in a few years.) These orthotic low arch inserts are great! I replaced my Asics Insole and my Vionics insole with these and my foot pain is almost gone in a less than a week! I bought another pair so that I can keep one pair in my workout?wear around the house sneakers and use one pair for different outdoor shoes. Much less expensive than the orthotic insoles that I had made several years ago.

I’m a flat footed runner, and I’ve struggled with finding the right shoes and insoles for years. I’ve wanted an alternative to expensive custom orthotics, so I’ve tried many. After recently trying a set of Powerstep neutrals at the running store (when getting new shoes), I found that they also had a ‘low arch’ model. They didn’t have them in the store, so I ordered them here to try. The neutrals felt good to me, just standing in the store, so I hoped these might be an answer to my constant search. They arrived quickly, and I was anxious to try them out. The first thing that I noticed was how physically wide they were – I had a tough time getting them into my running shoes. They were easily another quarter inch plus wider in the arch area than the factory sockliner. Once in, I put my shoes on – and they felt noticeably more snug. After tying up, I did a bit of treadmill time with them. They felt good. Not great. Even this ‘low arch’ model seemed to have more arch than I wanted, and they began to get uncomfortable after a bit. After stopping, I was just checking out my shoe… I won’t mention the specific shoe, but it’s an extremely common running brand and model. The reason the shoe felt more snug was that the width of the orthotic was pushing outward on the inside of the shoe, drawing the top down. I didn’t care for that. So that, plus not feeling comfortable to me after some time meant they were going back. That being said, while they weren’t for me, they may be great for someone else. I have no complaints with the quality – made well, and these do have very firm arch support. They just weren’t for me.

I had to move all my other insoles out of the way (into the garbage) for these. At first I saw the price (and that kinda was offsetting, i dunno). But I'll try. And then I ordered one for my house-shoes (indoor). And wearing these the whole days. For about (2 maybe 3 weeks). NOW, it has been 6 more months. The pain got a lot more intense. My feet must have been so messed up. That mussel back there had never been used before. And the pain lasted for about 3 months. Then, it's all better. No pain here, no pain there. This (having a normal feet), it strange. I've had flat feet my whole life. But now, wow. The pain in my arch. First it moved to the back of my calf. Because these move around the way your step falls. Now, my step seems to be "healed" in a kinda sort of way. Going barefoot for a little while (couple hours). Is different (nicer, better). And I told my mom. She feels the same way in her experience. These are just one step down from going getting a custom made get-up from the doctor (for a zillion dollars). The ($45) is well justified.
