bought this one because the other cheaper versions seemed less durable. This one is definitely heavy duty. I would buy it again.

Makes it much easier when you get to the wall and need to install the last piece. You need it to do the job right.

Very heavy duty so you can really hammer on it. The heavy metal is thick so it does not fit in small cracks. It is wide so it doesn’t damage flooring very much. Great tool to have for any flooring project

I bought this to replace one I had gotten from a big box store because it bent out of shape while installing a floor last year. I needed to install another floor and am very happy with this product. It is very solid and sturdy, no bending out of shape, looks almost like new after installing 1100 sq ft + of click together floating laminate flooring and some click together floating vinyl flooring. Highly recommend, definitely worth the money!

I was afraid I would only get a weak, bent piece of sheet metal but not so!! This is a very heavy tool and comes with the felt pads where it rests on the floor. Nice product!!

This pull bar is heavier than anything I've seen in stores. This thing should outlast me, will most definitely be handed down to my son (if laminate flooring is still is use in the future). It's also longer than any pull bar I've seen, will make it easy to get under radiators, kitchen cabinet toe kicks, etc. and still allow room to tap it with a hammer. I believe any bozo that complains about pull bars bending out of shape is hitting too hard, you're supposed to tap, not kill it.

This is a big pull bar made with heavy gauge steel. You will see in the pic that it's longer than the average big box store bars (compare it to the pen above it). It's also much heavier and can take a beating WITHOUT bending. I finished a small bedroom with zero issues (no bending or marring the floor). Only advice is when you hit the striking end, there is no give due to the rigidity and bar can jump if not held tightly to the board.Mine did come with a defect - the pad on the right should have been placed closer to the bend. As is, it rubs the painted surface on the floor. I contacted the manufacturer and they passed me off to Amazon. Lame because I couldn't wait for a replacement due to a pending job. I can't ding the product for this and simply added a felt pad where it should be. I wish the manufacturer would have tried to help since it arrived to Amazon with the defect.

This bad girl makes laminate plank installation a breeze! The hardest part of plank installation is putting the last course in around walls, cabinets or any right areas. This tool fits right in those narrow gaps and with a soft swing of the hammer you get a perfect tight seam every time! The two soft pads on the underside are a nice touch to prevent scratching. This tool is worth 3-4x what it’s sold for. Any amateur can achieve professional results with this tool and a little effort :-)Tip: use a scrap piece of another plank to act as a buffer to lock in place and hit against. If you use this tool against a tongue or grove you will never get the next course to lock in. Check out YouTube for a better explanation.
