Received one, even though it sais 2 pack. And lets be honest here. Dp femal to male, it extend the end of your existing dp by a whole inch..., Ordered the wrong product but it got me thinking about why would anyone buy this

My Cintiq 22 far way from my workstation. I had quadro P4000 4x display port. I plug directly the screen show up but when I use this to extend the 6ft display port , my cintiq show black. Be careful before buy this.

Je ne sais pas trop comment l'évaluer J'ai acheter cette adaptateur pour rallonger un fils de display port ,pour ne pas avoir a déplacé le bureau a chaque fois que je veut me connecter mon casque oculus rift s , mais je ne sais pas le pourquoi de la choses ,mais sa ne fonctionne pas :-( le fils que j'ai acheter semble de très bonne qualité et il viens avec une garantie de 54 mois ,mais bon , sa ne fonctionne pas bien j'ai chercher d'autres unions ,mais ce sont les seul que j'ai trouver ,cela peut etre pratique mais pas assez de qualité pour un casque de oculus rift s .

DisplayPort dynamically determines link speed via link training on connection, which means poor quality cables or extended cables will be reduced to a lower bit rate. This coupler results in that, which might result in no signal, or a lower resolution than is supported by your monitor. I got it up to 2560x1440 at 60hz, but it couldn't handle 2 2560x1440 monitors via MST.I couldn't recommend this, as it will reduce your cable's throughput, and might very well just not work with your setup. Save your money and buy a single high quality cable that is rated for at least 32.4Gbps (25.92Gbps video bit rate)

Sold by Poyiccot and Fulfilled by Amazon. Used it to connect two 4 foot DP cables that came with a couple of my monitors. It worked as described. I hope they come out, by next year, with a new version that will do DP 1.4.
