Sticks pretty well overall. No real residue mess when removing it. A little residue but that is to be expected. Stuck a few days with no major issues.

I injured my Achilles tendon while training for a relay race, and after trying various pressure bands, bought this tape. I used it before and during the race, and it really helped alleviate my pain.

These precut tapes are great!. They help hold perfectly where it it needs to. It fits pretty comfy that you don't notice that you have it on.there are perfectly sized I can keep it in my bag and take with me whenever I need them. Helps keep pain at bay on bad days. Definitely worth the cost to have them pre cut and easy to apply.

Kinesiology tape is a great way to deal with issues like this. However, it's not something you can just figure out. Plenty of videos on how to properly apply this and other Kinesiology tapes for different maladies. Even then you may have to go through a little trial and error before you get your head around it. This is WAY easier if you have an extra pair of hands to put it on. Overall, it's a great product.

I have worked with these IEADEN Pre-Cut Kinesiology Tapes for the Achilles tendon for a while in order to apply them with the proper tension that I like (to relieve constant pain). I understand the idea of having precut tapes, but the backing paper is not all-of-a-piece and it is very difficult to maintain tension in laying down the tape (where you need it/how you need it) with all of the little flaps requiring that the backing be pulled off separately from each one. Almost need two people for optimal application...Once I get a tape on it does feel better, and if I'm able to do it a certain way then it definitely helps with pain. I think in the hands of a professional who does a lot of taping that these would work well-or if there were illustrated instructions for application included. There are NONE, and it is not intuitive like when you are working with one length of tape at a time.

I have been using kinesiology tape (different brands, different shapes) for a few years now so I am fairly familiar with taping at this point. I do make it a point to find a video online on how to apply to new body parts, but I was already familiar with the achilles tendon. This tape was precut, which is always a plus and I liked that the "wings" of the tape was already part of the entire piece of tape rather than having to manually cut and tape over like one would if you did it manually. Not only does this save tape, but you're not overloading the stem of the tape. This IEADEN tape worked fairly well. The adhesive was mostly good, although I did notice that it was starting to weaken in how much it was able to pull the fascia after several days. Usually, with big name brand tape, you can go about 2-3 showers before you notice a change. I was able to do mostly the same here, which is a plus. The only difference is that the IEADEN tape is significantly more cost-effective! Great if you are on a budget as you get good performance for a great price!

I've been taping the back of heel to prevent tearing of my achilles tendon before playing pickleball or before hiking up hill. I ran out of the tape I received from my physical therapist and ordered a 10 piece pack of Precut, Waterproof, Kinesiology Sports Tape from the IEADEN Store. The price was good for 10 precut pieces; the same price I pay for uncut tape from the PT. The quality of this sports tape is as good as the quality I have previously been using; is CE certified, breathable and latex free. Each strip is conveniently precut, stretchable, precut and rounded corners and the adhesive sticks well and stays on, although it takes a bit of patience to remove it. I am able to stretch and relax the tape to correctly apply the tension needed for relief and support of my achilles tendon. I think that the IEADEN brand of sports kinesiology tape is a good value and recommend it with 5 stars.
