This is an excellent system for those times when you need to work on specific parts of your game and/or don't have a partner to work with you. It is convenient to set up, the puck does not move when the ball is hit and it is so compact, it fits easily into my tennis bag. I looked at the other systems that were considerably less expensive but this one seemed to be a better value than those. It definitely was for me.

Me and my daughter just got into tennis so I don't really know how to review a tennis ball but they lasted through playing in the mud and they work properly.

These are great for practicing but would really recommend using only in a court. The elastic return sting is very very long. The ball itself is a little on the cheap side.

This is supposed to be used for tennis training. I needed some tennis balls so it was easy to take off the elastic and use them normally.

I'm not great at tennis so this is hard to use, I get about 3 hits then it's over. We looped it into a weight plate and it works great. My kids like swinging it around and 'walking the dog's with it.Solid construction and affordable. You get 3 and a retro hip sweat band. Would've paid this for one.

I bought these tennis balls for a friend, who was going to use them to strengthen his hands to play the bass guitar. He said these tennis balls were weird and too hard. It looks like there were strings connected to them. I'm not really sure what those were for. We just wanted normal, regular tennis balls. These were too hard and just odd.

I've recently had the chance to try out the self-training tennis ball solo training rebound, and I must say it's been a game-changer for me. As someone who often struggles to coordinate tennis matches with teammates due to mismatched work schedules, this innovative training tool has filled the void, allowing me to practice and play even when my colleagues are unavailable.Of course, it's important to note that this self-training rebound can never truly replicate the experience of playing against real opponents – there's just something irreplaceable about the unpredictability and competitiveness of human players. However, it offers its unique set of advantages that have made it an indispensable part of my training routine. The rebound system is designed to help you practice your tennis skills independently. Whether it's improving your forehand, backhand, volleys, or even your serve, this device has got you covered. It allows you to receive a consistent, controlled ball return, helping you to fine-tune your techniques and build muscle memory. This is especially valuable for players like me who don't have regular access to practice partners. One of the standout features is its portability and ease of setup. You can take it to the court, your backyard, or even the gym, and be up and running in minutes. It's lightweight and comes with an adjustable angle, so you can customize your practice experience to match your skill level and specific training goals.I must say that while playing against the rebound isn't as exciting as competing against real opponents, it offers a unique advantage in honing your consistency and precision. It's an ideal tool for practicing shots, footwork, and reaction times. Furthermore, it can be a fantastic warm-up or cool-down tool before or after actual matches, ensuring you're in top form when you do get to play with real people. In conclusion, the self-training tennis ball solo training rebound is a fantastic addition to any tennis player's arsenal. It doesn't replace the thrill of real matches, but it serves as an invaluable practice partner, helping you maintain and improve your skills, even when your schedule doesn't align with your tennis buddies. It's the perfect companion for solo training sessions and can make a noticeable difference in your game. I highly recommend giving it a try to elevate your tennis performance. This came with 3 tennis balls and that’s 2 more that I need so it’s safe to keep as two extras!
